Once your order has been placed, we’re all set to prepare and cook this straight away. If you cancel the order, after the food has been cooked, the cancellation is not acceptable.
Our customer support team ensures you get the right food delivered to your doorstep. However, if you get the wrong order delivered, then, you can simply contact us and let us know. We can make suitable arrangements and provide the right food.
We strive to cook fresh food with only the finest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all the food we serve. Refunds and/or replacement foods are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted or the food served did not meet our high standards.
Refunds
We will notify you within 7 working days once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If refund approved you will get the balance automatically. Please remember it may take some time to process and post the refund.
